Simon Gill

Simon Gill Architects

Simon Gill studied at the University Of Westminster and subsequently won the Rome Prize for Architecture, as well as being shortlisted for the RIBA Silver Medal. He spent a year at the British School at Rome studying the relationship between villas and their gardens in the late sixteenth century.  After short spells of teaching at the University of Westminster he worked in Granada, Spain at Producciones Molina Alto, and then at Panter Hudspith Architects, London. In 1997 he set up Simon Gill Architects.

The practice has completed many projects involving the renovation and redevelopment of residential properties. These have been widely published and shortlisted for various awards including the New London Architecture Don’t Move Improve Awards and the Architect’s Journal Small Projects.
