Becher Neme is a licensed architect in the state of California with over 15 years of experience designing and delivering projects in North America, Europe, and The Middle East. As principal of Neme Design Studio, a facade consulting practice based in Los Angeles, Becher leads a platform of skilled architects, facade designers, and structural engineers. The practice focuses on projects with complex façade geometries which require advanced 3D technologies, and streamlined fabrication processes.

Becher professional career commenced in France where he worked with TETRARC, an award winning practice recognized for their artistic and poetic approach to architecture. He moved on to Los Angeles a decade ago to work for Frank Gehry where he was involved in highly complex projects, including the Brooklyn Arena, the Hall winery, and the Guggenheim in Abu Dhabi.

Becher graduated with a degree in Architectural Design and a Master’s in Urban design from L’Ecole Nationale Superieure D’architecture in Nantes, France. He also studied Architectural Engineering at the University of Tishreen, Syria. Becher writes regularly and is a frequent speaker about the interface of architecture and 3D technology and its impact on complex geometry projects in design and in construction.
